This proposal is the first phase of a 31 acre site in the recently planned 27 villages of Kalyan and Ambernath area by the MMRDA, Mumbai’s apex planning authority.
The challenge was to provide for adequate recreational spaces and ensure minimum overlooking between apartments. Hence, the towers are arranged in a hex pattern which also takes maximum advantage of the irregular and nature of the site.
The project will be carried out in 3 phases. In each phase, 25% of the total number of apartments will be handed over free of cost to the MMRDA (The project is part of the ‘Rental Housing initiative). 75% of the total number of units will be available for free sale.
