​​The Spencer Dock site on the north side of the Liffey is one of the prime sites in the emerging docklands development area which is within a short distance of the traditional heart of Dublin. The building is 82 meters in length and 40 meters in width and is organized with a major core on the north side and a subsidiary core on the south. It is designed to have a variety of floor plate sizes. The main trading floor is on the first floor and typical office layouts on the floors above. Corporate dining and executive office floors at the top of the building. A sky-garden at the very top of the building.
