What is art? Can pictures of our city become art? Can art impact our daily lifestyle?

OmniDe designed plant stand in the square

OmniDe in collaboration with artist Michael Wallner, co-curator Cecilia Santamarina, and supported by LFA and 12 businesses in Belsize Lane NW3, is proud to present an art installation and exhibition that reimagines the meaning of art itself through a social experiment in Belsize Village. By removing the barrier of an art gallery and moving the art away from a conventional and confined exhibition space, we explore the social interaction and discussion this causes in the neighborhood and the impact on our lives. The art exhibition is spread throughout the village's businesses and can be visited and appreciated daily through the month of June.

With the same aim, we have designed and built an installation that will be visible on Saturday, the 29th of June, in the main square, to explore what happens when we suddenly modify the space around us and how this affects our behavior and social interaction with others.

Enhancement of community neighbours and local business through art, architecture, and culture events

Nestled in the heart of the main square, this installation features 13 unique structures, each showcasing a beloved local business that makes our community special.
