Vision and Work
This newly reimagined retail space brings the refined essence of the Mediterranean aesthetic into the heart of London’s iconic Piccadilly, perfectly aligning with Luca Faloni’s timeless brand values and high-end style. Housed within the historic Grade II listed building—formerly the home of the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours—this project required careful navigation of both Listed Building Consent and planning approvals, as it sits within the St James’s Conservation Area.
